For instance, I was able to be seen a day before when I was actually scheduled (2/25/25) and they worked me into the schedule with last-minute notice. "I was educated on how the dentist checks your teeth on a 1-6 scale, the higher the number and the amount of the 5's or 6's, the better chance you need a deep cleaning, which is not covered by your insurance and requires 2 visits. According to my new dentist, I have great teeth and good bone structure and only need a cleaning every 6 months, which my insurance covers. Thank you for opening my eyes on how to manage my dental care and not insisting that I need a deep cleaning, that I would have to pay out of pocket for. Your staff was very kind and the cleaning wasn't as bad or as long as I thought it would be, considering I get very white knuckled when it comes to this. Thank you all for a very educated and pleasant experience. See you in 6 months."
